Here's what you'll need:
- One 1-gallon re-sealable plastic bag (for packing)
- Two 2 oz bottles of hand sanitizer
- Three 4-gallon bathroom trash bags
- One travel-size pack of antibacterial hand wipes (about 20 wipes, unscented)
- One pack of flushable wipes (unscented, 42 wipes or fewer)
- 5 regular-absorbency tampons
- 5 super-absorbency tampons
- 12 sanitary pads (unscented)
- One bath-size bar of soap (3 oz or larger; keep in original wrapping; avoid Ivory or Jergens)
- Six fragrance-free laundry sheets (place in a small re-sealable plastic bag)
Assembly Tips
- Place all items in the plastic bag, remove air, and seal.
- All items must be new.
- Do not enclose personal notes, money, or extra items in the kits.
